Dr. Emily is an evidence-based Chiropractor with a passion for helping her patients using movement and medicine. She’s helped hundreds in Toronto’s fitness community overcome pain and recover from injuries; while working to prevent chronic & recurring issues using therapies such as acupuncture, joint mobility, muscle release, rehabilitation, and preventative exercise. Dr. Em obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic in Toronto; while also completing many additional certifications in rehab, movement assessment, diagnostics, and sport performance.

He is a triathlete, ironman, ultramarathoner, and strength & fitness enthusiast with many years of experience in both fitness and recovery worlds. Andy has worked with individual athletes in many sport genres over the years, as well as various professional teams including Toronto Football Club (TFC ©) Canadian Football League (CFL ©), and Ontario Volleyball Association. As head of our Running Lab, he empowers patients to run with confidence; teaching them how to run without incurring all-too-common injuries.

A former world-level powerlifter, he has spent over 15 years training and competing in both Powerlifting and Strongman, while also working professionally with athletes at the provincial, national, and international levels.

Dr. Matt works with a wide range of athletes—from runners to golfers to strength athletes—using a performance-driven approach that blends hands-on therapy with targeted strength and rehab programming. His focus is on building resilience, improving movement patterns, and keeping patients training at a high level.
