We view each patient as a unique individual, with a focus on personalized care that empowers you to move freely, recover fully, and perform at your best. By fostering a collaborative environment between athlete, coach and therapist, we aim to create a lasting impact on your fitness journey, promoting longevity, injury prevention and overall well-being.
We take a hybrid approach to healing.
Our therapists offer many types of therapies, including Acupuncture, Joint Mobilization, Massage Therapy, Functional Movement Assessments, Rehabilitative and “Pre-habilitative” exercise.

Meet Our Therapists
Dr. Emily Younes
Dr. Emily is an evidence-based Chiropractor with a passion for helping her patients using movement and medicine. She’s helped hundreds in Toronto’s fitness community overcome pain and recover from injuries; while working to prevent chronic & recurring issues using therapies such as acupuncture, joint mobility, muscle release, rehabilitation, and preventative exercise. Dr. Em obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic in Toronto; while also completing many additional certifications in rehab, movement assessment, diagnostics, and sport performance.
Andy Choi
Andy is a seasoned Athletic Therapist, with over 8 years of hands-on experience. He is a triathlete, ironman, ultramarathoner, and strength & fitness enthusiast with many years of experience in both fitness and recovery worlds. Andy has worked with individual athletes in many sport genres over the years, as well as various professional teams including Toronto Football Club (TFC ©) Canadian Football League (CFL ©), and Ontario Volleyball Association. As head of our Running Lab, he empowers patients to run with confidence; teaching them how to run without incurring all-too-common injuries.
Pamela Modopoulos
Pamela is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and our trusted hands when it comes to recovery and overall maintenance. Graduating with distinction from TriOS College in Toronto, Pam specializes in a variety of hands-on techniques including Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, and Myofascial Stretch techniques. Her unique approach tailors each session to the specific needs and personal preferences of her patients; helping improve mobility and reduce the stress, pain and cumulative tension that silently collects over time with training.
Dr Jenna Linton
Dr. Jenna is an evidence-based Chiropractor with a diverse therapy background, having previously practiced as a Kinesiologist and Manual Osteopath. She brings a wide array of techniques into her sessions, using an individualized approach that blends soft tissue therapy, functional strength, and fascial stretch techniques to help patients move and feel their best.
With a strong foundation in movement-based care, Dr. Jenna focuses on improving function, reducing pain, and supporting long-term performance. Growing up as a dancer and gymnast, she later transitioned into functional fitness and strength training, and strongly believes that movement is medicine. She is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they enjoy with confidence and resilience.
Dr Matthew Rice
Dr. Matt is a Chiropractor with over 6 years of clinical experience and a strong background in strength sports. A former world-level powerlifter, he has spent over 15 years training and competing in both Powerlifting and Strongman, while also working professionally with athletes at the provincial, national, and international levels.
Dr. Matt works with a wide range of athletes—from runners to golfers to strength athletes—using a performance-driven approach that blends hands-on therapy with targeted strength and rehab programming. His focus is on building resilience, improving movement patterns, and keeping patients training at a high level.
